Before applying natural remedies consult with a doctor to find out what is causing heavy bleeding. Always remember a healthy lifestyle change is always recommended such as healthy eating (plant base diet free from soy, wheat and process foods), exercising such as walking and stretching, getting fresh air and sunlight, proper rest, plenty of drinking water and managing stress. Often times there is a vitamin, nutrient and mineral deficiency.
